DoMore24 2024
Support Pathways to Success and its mission to prepare youth, adults, and their families for successful lives. We utilize innovative and creative approaches in mentoring and education to help at-risk youth to develop to be healthy, productive, contributing and responsible citizens. We currently have in-school and after-school programs in five Delaware high schools; Cape Henlopen High School, Milford High School, Seaford High School, Polytech High School, and Sussex Technical High School. We provide C.A.R.E. (consistent, authentic, respectful, empowerment) for students that are at risk of not graduating and need additional support personally, financially, and academically. Students enrolled in our program have a 98% graduation rate, with 96% going on to college, entering the military, or finding full time employment. The funds raised in Do More 24 Delaware will help us support the unique needs and challenges of our under-resourced youth, such as mentorship, tutoring, work experience, support for extracurricular activities, job readiness programs, and hunger prevention. Along with the opportunity to give, is an opportunity to get back! We have partnered with 5 local businesses to bring our supporters these amazing offers! Pathways DoMore24 Flyer with Offers

Changemakers Celebration – Teacher Prep Program
Delaware State University 1200 N. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE, United StatesKnowing that the diversity of the Delaware educator workforce does not reflect the diversity of our student population, which results in significant opportunity gaps, Pathways to Success is partnering with Delaware Department of Education and Rodel to inspire a culturally responsive, socially just and diverse generation of educators. In year two of a pilot that currently serves 56 young people, namely those who have been systematically excluded in grades 9-12, Pathways to Success coordinators are co-revising and implementing an educator preparatory curriculum that celebrates identity, prompts criticality, and inspires joy. Additionally students in this program are participating in a professional learning community and attending equity-centered trainings. Join us on Tuesday, April 30th, for a day of celebration. Students will present their capstone projects, attend breakout sessions and panel discussions, and learn from experienced educators and public servants who support and lead for the change our young people deserve. Breakfast and Lunch will be served. Adult Attendees must RSVP by April 18.
