Since 2008, we have lived out our Vision:

• We create positive change in the lives of youth and their families in Delaware.
• We close the education gap, decrease the dropout rate, and help Delaware youth plan for a prosperous future.
• We give hope to Delaware youth through coaching, mentoring, and community support.
• We connect the business community with the potential and talents of our youth.
