Powering the Workforce

Through our partnership with Delmarva Power students have a unique opportunity to gain important knowledge and skills for a career in the construction industry, utility industry, or related skilled trades. 

The partnership between Pathways to Success and Delmarva Power targets students from groups underrepresented in the company’s demographics, one of which are females.

The main goal of the training is to provide instruction that will prepare candidates for employment aptitude testing. We lead students through an 8-week training course which culminates in the CAST (Construction and Skilled Trades) test. 

Any candidate who passes the CAST Test immediately qualifies them for employment and a career path with Delmarva Power.
