Federal Fair Housing Laws prohibit discrimination in housing and housing-related transactions such as appraisals, insurance, and financing. Fair Housing Training can help you know and understand your rights as a citizen and your responsibilities as a housing provider. Learn what you can do if you have been discriminated against
If you feel you’ve been discriminated against, we are here to help. Pathways to Success is an FHIP organization that is dedicated to helping residents of Sussex County Delaware find the housing they deserve without the fear of discrimination. Your housing discrimination complaint will be reviewed by a Fair Housing Specialist and a Delaware Human Relations Fair Housing Investigator to determine if it alleges acts that might violate the Fair Housing Act. The specialist will contact you for any additional information needed to complete this review. If your complaint involves a possible violation of the Fair Housing Act, the specialist will assist you in filing an official housing discrimination complaint.
