Pathways to Success mission is to prepare youth, adults, and their families for successful lives. We utilize innovative and creative approaches in mentoring and education to help individuals develop to be healthy, productive, contributing and responsible citizens. Working in service to the at-risk communities in a spirit of offering hope through education and information, creating positive systemic change through empowerment.
Our core program focuses on three areas, student stability, academic achievement and behavior modification.
Recognition and praise are often given; our goal is to help students understand the difference between positive acknowledgment and negative attention.
A local organization is breaking down barriers students are facing in hopes of leading them on a pathway to success.

Pathways to Success Founder to be inducted into Delaware Women’s Hall of fame
Gov. John Carney recently announced eight new inductees to the Delaware Women’s Hall of fame. One founded a nonprofit in Sussex County.
