OUR MISSION
Pathways to Success mission is to prepare youth, adults, and their families for successful lives. We utilize innovative and creative approaches in mentoring and education to help individuals develop to be healthy, productive, contributing and responsible citizens. Working in service to the at-risk communities in a spirit of offering hope through education and information, creating positive systemic change through empowerment.
Youth Program
Our core program focuses on three areas, student stability, academic achievement and behavior modification.
Work Experience Program (WEX)
Pathways to Success is offering our youth work-based learning opportunities known as Work Experience or the WEX Program.
Fair Housing
Fair Housing training and education is essential to Pathways to Success as we believe knowledge is the first step to empowerment and positive change.
Adult CTE Programs
The complete Microsoft Office Specialist program will begin with an 8-week Training Course for Microsoft Word followed by subsequent training courses in PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
A local organization is breaking down barriers students are facing in hopes of leading them on a pathway to success.
Sussex Tech students Logan Abbott and Tiana Willin for the first time in their lives have hope that they can make it through high school an d that they can overcome any obstacle they face.

Pathways to Success Founder to be inducted into Delaware Women’s Hall of fame
Gov. John Carney recently announced eight new inductees to the Delaware Women’s Hall of fame. One founded a nonprofit in Sussex County.

Southern Delaware Wine, Food, and Music Festival
Spend a great fall day enjoying specialty culinary delights and refreshing beverages as you listen to great tunes and peruse our auction items. SoDEL Fest is widely known for unique culinary experiences, award winning chefs, and winemakers from around the world. But it's so much more than an amazingly indulgent day of wine, food & music. It's a celebration of life, laughter, friendship and togetherness that pours each year's proceeds into local non-profits doing important work to strengthen our community. Looking for some FALL FAMILY FUN??? Pathways to Success is offering just that! Bring your friends and family to FUN DAY!!! Have a great time while supporting local students. Saturday, October 22nd meet us in the parking lot of 4 N. Bedford Street. The event will be held in the parking lot behind the Pathways to Success main office, near the circle in Georgetown. From 9am-1pm, we will have yard sale items, vendor tables, baked goods, games, kid's activities, food, drinks, and more! The event is free to attend. $10 space rental is available for those wanting to sell items at the event.
